Första semesterveckans tredje dag är redan snart slut...   Tisdag; T och jag drog till niporna och körde intervaller igen. Denna gång gick det betydligt tyngre än förra gången, låren var inte alls med mig. Körde en 'lätt' jogg på måndag em, d...

Över en vecka sen sist... Ja, jag måste skärpa mig, men händer det inget spännande i mitt liv som nu så spara man hellre på de kloka inläggen :)   Förra veckan hade jag nedräkning hela lååånga veckan till fredag kl halv 4 då jag äntligen fick stämpla...

till semestern! Fem långa, sega dagar...   Pust, sitter å vilar efter en varm löpning på berget. Svetten den forsar länge än... Men va skönt det är att ta ut sig ordentligt :)   Gårdagen hade jag tänkt ut å sola på nån gräsplätt, men lagom när jag ko...

Äntligen har gosommarvädret kommit till stan! Denna vecka har det varit riktigt skönt :) Det firades första gången i onsdagskväll när jag efter jobbet drog till T och tog några kalla på Färjan.   Varmt var det åxå på Max/Expert/Flügger m.m., så varmt...

... har till huvuddelen bestått av intervalllöpning vid Niporna. T och jag drog till Niporna och körde den klassiska Lule Hockey försäsongsträningen; Intervallöpning uppefter de tunga sanddynerna. Vi orkade med 10 stycken var innan vi kastade in hand...
